High power & energy femtosecond lasers:

LIGHT CONVERSION has a world-wide recognition for its PHAROS and CARBIDE industrial-grade femtosecond lasers, and FLINT oscillators.

The PHAROS series of femtosecond lasers is focused on customizability, reliability, and process-tailored laser output parameters, while the CARBIDE series provides a compact unibody design, reaching average powers of up to 80 W. In addition, the FLINT oscillators provide a pulse repetition rate of ca. 76 MHz; thus, together covering a wide range of scientific and industrial applications.


Wavelength-tunable femtosecond optical parametric amplifiers:

TOPAS and ORPHEUS series of optical parametric amplifiers (OPAs) constitute around 80% of the global market of continuously tunable femtosecond light sources. The ORPHEUS series of OPAs is designed for Yb lasers, in particular, PHAROS and CARBIDE femtosecond lasers, while the TOPAS series leads the OPAs for Ti:sapphire lasers. Both OPAs provide a tuning range from UV to mid-IR spectral ranges and high stability throughout the whole tuning range.

Furthermore, LIGHT CONVERSION has successfully developed optical parametric chirped pulse amplification (OPCPA) technology, which is the only currently available laser technology simultaneously providing high peak and average power, as well as a few-cycle pulse duration required by the most demanding scientific applications.

The HARPIA comprehensive spectroscopy system performs a variety of sophisticated time-resolved spectroscopy measurements in a compact footprint. It offers an intuitive user experience and easy day-to-day maintenance meeting the needs of today's scientific applications. Customizable light sources for applications requiring the shortest pulses and extreme peak and average powers

LIGHT CONVERSION has over 15 years of experience in managing international R&D projects. LIGHT CONVERSION was one of the key technology providers for the single-cycle SYLOS laser at the ELI-ALPS facility delivering CEP-stabilized 6.6 fs pulses with a peak power of 4.9 TW at 1 kHz.

Laser autocorrelators

LIGHT CONVERSION offers GECO and TIPA autocorrelators for ultrashort pulse duration measurements.

GECO is the preferred solution for everyday pulse measurements, providing a 10 fs – 20 ps measurable pulse duration range, intuitive use, and capability of FROG trace measurements; while TIPA is specifically for low repetition rate systems, enabling single-shot measurements and pulse-front tilt analysis.
